Co je de facto

De facto je latinský výraz vyjadřující „ve skutečnosti“ nebo „v praxi“. Často se používá jako protiklad k latinskému de iure (což znamená „podle práva“) v případech, kdy se skutečnost nebo praxe odlišuje od právních předpisů a jiných regulací.
